She stated, “I am deeply sorry to anyone who has felt mistreated or not valued.” Djerf also outlined steps to improve the company’s culture, including hiring experienced management, implementing anonymous feedback mechanisms, and engaging an external organizational psychologist to assess the workplace environment.

Despite these measures, the controversy has sparked significant backlash among fans and customers, with many expressing disappointment and calling for a boycott of the brand.
