The FTC is processing refunds for Fortnite players who were charged for unwanted in-game purchases, following a settlement with Epic Games.
Over $72 million has already been sent to 629,000 eligible U.S. players. Claims filed after October 8, 2024, are still under review.
Epic Games also agreed to stricter billing practices and better parental controls to prevent unauthorized charges. Players can still submit claims if eligible under the settlement terms.
